Given our recent car/truck theft and continual other last night issues/signs thefts/break-ins, prowlers, etc., in Canyon Creek Estates, I thought I would share the security cameras system I use for those that may be interested.
Although I know there are other residences with security cameras, some better some not, and some with doorbell cameras, etc., but what I use is economical, gives me 24/7 videos of what happens in my area and saves videos for 60 days, can record and share important videos for police and tells me if the videos are vehicles, animals, people or just motions plus can recognize faces.
Plus, the cameras can focus and record a very long distance as you can see from the attached and the NEST app on your cell works as good and easy to use as on my computer Web App.
The cameras are Nest Cam 2nd Generation, and on sale from NEST for $80 at the moment.
They are easy to install, wireless but need a power, and all my cameras are in windows and looking through triple glazed windows.
I pay $26 / month for unlimited cameras of which I have 4 as per the attached and about to add a 5th .
