Hello all.
WOW!! What a great turnout to our first annual block party. Estimation say around 80 people turned out, along with a couple of dogs too!!
It was great meeting everyone and getting a chance to put a face to names and addresses.
Wanda & Jill did a great job organizing the block party. A BIG THANK YOU to them.
Of course they couldn’t do it all by themselves, so a BIG Thank you to:
– Syd & Kevin for manning the BBQ’s all day
– Darryl, Gerry and all of those that helped set up and take down
– Linda L. & Linda P. for graciously opening your gardens for visits
– Mark & Holly for your garbage and recycling bins –
We apologize for not everything ending up in the proper bins.
Thank you for taking the time to sort and correct our mistakes!!
– All of you that brought food to add to our feast!
– All that live in the cul-de-sac and allowed for us to take it over for the afternoon
– Everyone that participated in our draws and neighbour bingo – winners noted below

Overall the day was a great success and with the exception of a small amount of rain right at 1 pm, we managed to dodge any real rain, burning sunshine or mosquitos!
